Herlene is great to work with! She worked with us in 2020 to help plan our Honeymoon...and then did all that work again when our original trip was shut down. She gave us many itinerary options to choose from (despite our vague request of "a cruise in Europe would be nice"). Herlene booked everything for us - flights, hotels, and cruise. As someone who typically does the research and planning for a trip, it was nice working with someone who was on top of every detail and great at communicating those details to us.
